Grace Fellowship functions as an elder-led church. Our congregation appoints qualified men to serve as pastors with the responsibility to lead and teach so that we may all grow in spreading the fame of God.
While all of our pastors are equally assigned with the responsibility to lead, some are also employed as staff members to carry out additional duties.

Our staff aims to meet the day-to-day needs of our fellowship in support of helping our church body spread the fame of God.
Staff members are responsible for tending to particular assigned areas of service under the supervision and authority of our elder team.
